If you find that our products do not meet your expectations, you are welcome to return them for a full refund. Simply reach out to us, and we will facilitate the refund process.
Please note that our return policy is valid for 30 days from the date of delivery. To qualify for a refund, items must be returned in the same condition as received. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for items that are dirty, broken, damaged, or stained.
For your protection, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items. Additionally, all returned products will not be resold; every customer will receive brand new items.
If you need to make any changes to your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing it. To initiate a refund or exchange, please email us within 30 days of receiving your products at Contact@Frediana.co.uk. Upon receiving the returned item, we will either send a replacement (if available) or issue a full refund.
Please be aware that our policy does not cover orders with incorrect shipping addresses. Furthermore, Frediana™ is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that have been confirmed as delivered to the address provided. We will provide tracking information and delivery confirmation upon inquiry to assist you in investigating any issues.
