Product as described. To achieve the expected 15,000 lux, you have to sit with your face directly in front of the device, about 10 cm. I like to use it for my morning meditation.
I didn’t think a lamp could make such a difference, but it really does. It mimics natural daylight perfectly, and I feel much better using it daily.

The different timers make daily sunbathing easier. From 10 minutes to an hour, depending on your needs. Personally, I find it helpful to work with light in the fall. It's worth a try for anyone struggling with depression. I'm happy with it. It's good for me.
