Returns & Refunds

  • Return Window: You have 30 days from the date of receipt to return your product. We do not charge any restocking fees.
  • Damaged Products: If your item arrives damaged, please send photos and videos of the damage to contact@Frediana.co.uk. Upon verification, you may choose a replacement or a full refund.
  • Defective or Broken Items: If your product develops an issue within 30 days, you may return it at your expense. We will issue a full refund in store credit so you can reorder a new product.
  • Change of Mind: If you decide to return an item for any reason, it must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging. Please contact us at contact@Frediana.co.uk for the return address.
  • Exchanges: You have 30 days to exchange an unused product in its original packaging. Reach out to us at contact@Frediana.co.uk for assistance.
  • Incorrect Product Received: If you receive the wrong product, you may return it within 30 days at your expense for a full refund.

Order Cancellation

To ensure fast shipping, we process orders immediately. Therefore, we can only accept cancellations within two hours of placing an order. We appreciate your understanding.

Non-Arrival of Product

  • Our estimated delivery time is 8-12 days, plus a 1-3 day preparation period.
  • If your product has not arrived within 15 days, we kindly ask for your patience, as unexpected delays may occur (e.g., weather, postal disruptions, customs clearance).
  • If your product has not arrived within 25 days, we will issue a full refund.
